Hotel Las Casas de la Judería
The old "Las Casas de la Judería" used to form a complex of residential quarters, together with other surrounding palaces belonging to the house of the Duke of Béjar (protector of Cervantes and member of one of the most notable families of the spanish nobility) for the use of his domestic staff and servants. This is also where the first American Indians brought by Christopher Columbus from his first voyage stayed.
Today, the hotel has 175 rooms (137 doubles, 10 singles, 9 junior suites and 19 doubles with lounge). All are different and exquisitely decorated, and distributed around the 30-odd large and small courtyards dating back to the 15th century.
* Singles: High-quality single rooms. Single room rates. * Couples: Special extras. Hydro-massage/jacuzzi tub in the room. A charming setting.
