Hotel Cavalta Boutique is located in Seville's famous Triana district, housed in a regionalist-style building from the beginning of the 20th century designed by the prestigious Andalusian architect Ramón Balbuena y Huertas with collaboration from Enrique Orce. The elegant rooms are beautifully decorated with natural wood floors, exposed brick walls and historic tiles.

Hotel Cavalta Boutique has a variety of culinary spaces where you can enjoy excellent cuisine, including an exclusive restaurant, cocktail bar and rooftop garden club with an outdoor pool.

On the ground floor Restaurante Balbuena y Huertas offers a seasonal menu that changes four times a year with the seasons. All the ingredients used to prepare the dishes are sourced from local and national producers in the immediate vicinity. The cuisine and the experience are adapted to the different times of day. Local products are prepared with an international twist and accompanied by the finest wine pairings and signature cocktails.

On the third floor, the rooftop terrace is the hotel's oasis with views over the neighbourhood. The Alzalí Garden Club is located on this level, offering a relaxing atmosphere adjacent to the restaurant and pool.
