The Apartamentos Living Sevilla II consist of magnificent, bright apartments located in the heart of the city of Seville, in the historical town centre, one of the most monumental and important in Europe. We are in a magnificent building in the Calle Santa Clara 72, a traditional "corral de vecinos" (divided into a number of dwellings for workers) with the rooms arranged around patios and an elegant façade dating back to 1912. You will really enjoy your stay in this historical building that is listed in the Andalusian Heritage Catalogue and the City of Seville.

The building was refurbished in 2009 by the owners, a family of architects and interior designers who managed to blend original materials such as a combination of marbles, wooden beams, metal beams with avant-garde features like Venetian stucco, monolayers and modern, 21st-century design.
The Apartamentos Living Sevilla II consist of living-dining room around a main patio, a dining room next to a lounge and a practical "kitchenette" that is next to the dining room where personnel from the Living Sevilla Apartments will welcome you with a small selection of infusions and coffees. It is fully equipped with everything you need for you to prepare and enjoy your own meals.

The two bedrooms are accessed via a short, wide corridor and are decorated in gentle colours and comfortable, practical furniture making them ideal for a few days' rest. There is a modern, spacious bathroom.
