The Apartamentos City and Life Sevilla Quintana are located right in the historical town centre of the city, just a 12-minute walk from the famous Giralda and surrounded by numerous tourist attractions such as the Plaza de la Encarnación and the Alameda de Hércules where you will find a large selection of shops and tapas bars.  

The building was refurbished at the end of 2011 but preserving the Sevillian style with numerous features such as an entrance hall where you can enjoy the sound of the water in the fountain and a wonderful traditional Sevillian roof terrace where you will have amazing views of a number of buildings including the Chapel of Monte Sión or you can just enjoy the sunshine that shines in Seville throughout the year.
