The building, a traditional-style 20th century house with a courtyard, with its majestic façade dating back to its origins in 1906, offers you a stay in a historical place that became part of the garden of the Convent and Compass of San Clemente and Santa Clara, one of the most important convents in Seville.

 Living Sevilla Apartment has access to a communal terrace where you can use the showers and enjoy the Sevillian sun. The apartment has a spacious, modern living room-dining room, naturally lit by large double windows, and the décor is elegant, practical and bright. It has a large and comfortable sofa bed with a reading light. A modern upholstered armchair, a coffee table, a high dining table and a 32-inch TV" with national and international channels, as well as Wi-Fi (completely free) during your stay in the apartment.

The kitchenette is integrated into the living room. It is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine with programs for all types of clothes, 4-burner digital ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave grill, juicer, blender, iron, crockery, glassware and cutlery for everyone, as well as pots and pans.

The Living Sevilla building was renovated in 2009 by the owners, a family of architects and interior designers, who have managed to converge original materials like the combination of marble, wooden beams, metal, with other avant-garde ones such as single-layer Venetian stucco, and a modern design that is in keeping with the 21st century.
