The Apartamento Living Sevilla Maestranza was opened in April 2012 and is located in a historical 19th-century building in the heart of the Barrio del Arenal neighbourhood, right next to the Maestranza Bull Ring. It is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends who can visit all the main tourist attractions on foot: the Cathedral and Giralda, the Reales Alcázares, the Barrio de Santa Cruz neighbourhood, the City Hall and the Plaza Nueva, the Archive of the Indies, the Golden Tower, Paseo de Colón, the Barrio de Triana neighbourhood, the Fine Arts Museum, the shopping centre. It is the ideal location for enjoying Easter Week, the bullfights and the April Fair.

The Living Sevilla Maestranza building is listed and protected under the "Special Plan for the Protection of the Historical Town Centre of Seville", so the original exterior façades and the type of roof have been preserved, the original colours have been recovered and the interior maintains the original layout, the historical style and some of the original construction elements from the period.
