Torre del Vinagre Botanical Garden
The Torre del Vinagre Botanical Garden is located in the Jaen town of Santiago-Pontones, on the Tranco road (A - 319), km. 48, Coto Ríos (Santiago-Pontones), opposite the visitor centre of the same name. Didactic in nature, it especially targets organised groups who visit the mountains with educational purposes, as part of a study plan or activity. It also works on the preservation of endangered plants since 1985. It is located near the Visitor Centre of the same name.
The Torre del Vinagre Botanical Garden contains most of the woody plant species of the Cazorla, Segura y las Villas Nature Park, including the endemic ones, representing over 300 species. These are grouped into different plant classifications and distributed by altitudinal degrees.

January, February and December: Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Closed: Mondays, 24, 25 and 31 December, 1 and 6 January. March, October and November: Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 2pm. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10am to 2pm. and 3pm to 5pm. Closed: Mondays. April to September: Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 2pm. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10am to 2pm. and 5pm to 7pm. Closed: Mondays
