Bodega Los Caireles

Los Caireles, brand name of the wines produced by Bodega Portales Pérez S.L, is a family business located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with the experience of over five generations linked to the production, ageing and since 2005, marketing protected by the Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designations of Origin.

The wine cellar is in two separate premises. The first, the Baroque wine cellar at Calle Carmen Viejo 30, in a 16th century house with several industrial units, where Manzanilla is magnificently aged.

The second in the San Antonio wine cellar, located in Avenida San Francisco 23. Founded in 1821, it has demonstrated over more than two hundred years, its excellent qualities for ageing unique Oloroso and Amontillado wines of very high quality, by means of employing a traditional, craft process together with the family's broad experience and solid, technical knowledge.
