In Cádiz they have been in love with the tuna fish for 3,000 years. Every year bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) travel thousands of kilometres from the North Sea to the warm Mediterranean to breed. Just before entering the Strait of Gibraltar, they fall victim to the "Almadrabas" (trapping techniques) of the Cádiz fishermen. And from their nets to Atunante.
