Ángel León, the well-known "chef of the sea", in addition to managing the Aponiente Restaurant, with three Michelin stars, is the gastronomic director of the Alevante Restaurant, at the five-star luxury Hotel Meliá Sancti Petri in Chiclana de la Frontera, Cadiz.
The Alevante Restaurant bases its gastronomic proposal on the successes of the Aponiente Restaurant, where it differs by two menus. The Alevante grand menu with 17 dishes and the choice menu with 12 dishes.
Open between March 3-October 31 from 7:30-10:30pm.
