Museo del Anís
The Anisette Museum of Rute occupies four rooms in the oldest part of a distillery that dates back to 1908.
The Museum houses exhibitions detailing the origins of Rute’s anisettes and their evolution up to the present day.
Its rooms contain fully functioning stills, showcases charting the history of anisette, containers for the maceration of liquors and a collection of old photographs and printing dies for old labels.
Monday to Friday from 9 am. to 2 pm. and from 5 pm. to 7 pm. Saturdays from 10 am. to 2 pm. Sundays and holidays previous confirmation, except for October, November and December that the Museum will be opened from Monday to Sunday. From June to August: Monday to Friday from 8.30 am. to 2.30 pm.
