The Gastrobar Badulaque is located in a unique setting within the geography of Cadiz, in Rota. It is a balcony overlooking the sea and the Bay, as it is right on the beach.

Its menu reflects a constant search for perfection and quality in its dishes inspired by the sea and the "mayetería" farming traditions that are typical of Rota. Highlights are its fish "a la roteña" (in a tomato, pepper and onion sauce), grilled octopus, cod gratiné and Wellington steak; for dessert, its famous raspberry "tocino de cielo" (a typical dish made from eggs and sugar like a set custard), and pistachio dessert, and also its famous chocolate coulant.

It has a main room with capacity for 50 diners and can hold up to 90 people. It is suitable both for family celebrations, business groups, company gatherings, with intimacy and tranquillity, etc.

It has an elegant bar besides a dining room with high and low tables where you will be knocked out by its star dishes and a range of tapas, main meals or, if you prefer, just a good cup of coffee while you watch the sunset.

Badulaque belongs to the Jerez Area Brandy and Wine Route, but also offers a wide range of quality Spanish wines and select rums, whiskies and premium gins.
