El Timón
Located in an unbeatable place in the town of Rota, in the marina, Restaurante El Timón provides a charming place to try a seafood stew, shellfish from Cadiz or Galicia and any fish, while contemplating the Bay of Cadiz.
The menu at Restaurante El Timón also offers a wide repertoire of a variety of meats and other delicious specialities from the area, such as veal, casseroles recovered from their grandmother's recipe book and home-made desserts.
It also has a large dining room for 70 people, making it a magnificent place for celebrations and events.
Tuesday–Thursday: 11 am to 5.30 pm. Friday and Saturday: 11 am to 5.30 pm and 8.30 pm to midnight. Sunday: 11 am to 6 pm.
