Indalotes
In their bakery in Indalotes, located in Roquetas de Mar, the Cruz García patisserie has great ideas for cakes and pastries. It's a laboratory which invents and gives shape to new products, like the "Indalotes" themselves or their "lagrimicas".
A typical pastry of Almería the "Indalote" is made from the most characteristic ingredients of the province: almonds from La Alpujarra and oranges from the Vega del Andarax.
With the shape of the most international symbol of the province, the famous indalo, it is sold in its two varieties: natural and with chocolate.
