In the city centre of Ronda, in a privileged location close to the emblematic Puente Nuevo, we find the Parador de Ronda – an excellent place to sample delicious Andalusian cuisine.

Considered one of the best hotels in the Parador chain, the food is inspired by the variety of top-quality ingredients in the region.

Its menu contains delicacies such as zoque malagueño (cold tomato soup), ajoblanco (cold almond soup), braised partridge, oxtail à la rondeña, yemas de aguardiente (dessert made from eggs and brandy) and almond cheese. Do not leave of this land of good food without trying the shoulder of suckling Malaga goat, and its excellent desserts.
