Albacara
Located in Ronda, in a stately home from the 18th century in the historic part of the city. Poised over the Tagus with stunning views of the mountains and the Puente Nuevo (18th century), Albacara is the restaurant in the pretty Hotel Montelirio.
Albacara prepares true samples of culinary art, as seen in its scarlet prawn balls with cockle sauce, or its “mi-cuit” foie gras of duck with pistachio jelly and reduction of Ronda wine. It makes wonderful traditional roast lamb and roast suckling pig, not forgetting sea bass and sea bream in salt. Without a doubt, a real delight for the most demanding palates.
