Centro Integral del Vino Serranía de Ronda

In Ronda, Malaga, the Centro de Integral del Vino de la Serranía de Ronda was conceived as a temple for wines from Ronda, the mountains and Andalusia and was built underground over the old Ronda water tank dating back to 1880, in district of El Fuerte. Highlights include the arches, bringing to mind the prototype of classic wine cellar.

It houses other facilities, two training rooms, a wine-tasting room, an experimental cellar with a laboratory and a permanent exhibition, where the historic wine producing tradition of the Serranía and the characteristics of this wine-growing area are on display. It also has a multi-function room for organising exhibitions, conferences, workshops and presentations, amongst other events. As you would expect, the outside is surrounded by vineyards.
