It begins in our innovative 3000m2 car park, where an exhibition of 10 photographs by national and international artists welcomes you. In addition, you will find 2 electric vehicle fast-charging stations (22KWh), marking the beginning of an extraordinary tour.

The experience begins with a visit to the greenhouse, a 500m2 facility that houses the essence of the project: a screening room, tasting room, shop, restaurant and an artisanal oil mill. Immerse yourself in the history of olive oil through an evocative video. The day continues with the beauty of the Organic Garden, designed by the renowned Floren Domezain, known as the "King of Vegetables". Continue to an organic vineyard where exclusively 100% Pinot Noir grapes are cultivated, showcasing centuries of winemaking tradition in Ronda. Stroll through the fruit garden, where trees laden with oranges, quinces, peaches and more awaken your senses. 

Visit the Ermita de Doña Lola, a 19th-century gem donated to the Salesians, which adds a historic touch to the itinerary. Walk along the Paseo de Variedades, where up to 20 types of olive trees from different parts of the world create a one-of-a-kind visual treat. Plaza de la Carlota awaits you at the end, with centuries-old olive trees and the aromas of rosemary and lavender.
