Bodegas Cortijo Morosanto

Bodegas Morosanto, founded in 2005, is located at the top of the Guadalcobacín river basin, at the foot of the Sierra de Cumbres mountains, next to the Iberian-Roman site of Morosanto and not far from the Roman city of Acinipo and Ronda with its monuments.

The estate, on around 30 hectares fundamentally used for growing vines, also has a beautiful landscape of olive trees and holm oaks. In Morosanto, we find an exceptional location for growing vines, because the qualities of the soil and the location sheltered from extreme cold, facing south-east at an altitude of 800 metres, mean that it has the best characteristics for their growth.

Bodegas Cortijo Morosanto has small productions which guarantee the best harvests in terms of quality and flavour: a wine packed with history.

Stroll amongst the vines learning about the evolution of the grape year after year, visit the beautiful winery where the best wines are made and learn about the process, visiting the barrel room, where Bohemianism gives way to ageing. There is also a guided tasting of at least three wines with lunch.
