Bodegas Nuestra Señora del Socorro
Founded in 1957 by farmers in Rociana del Condado, Bodegas Nuestra Señora del Socorro has a large courtyard that is used for receiving the fruit from the vineyards and where the processing and storage of the wine begins.
The main warehouse, where the wine is produced and stored, is typical of the area, with a gabled roof and a succession of arches and pillars. It also has a warehouse with a room for cold controlled fermentation that, renovated in the year 2000, has 82 stainless steel storage vats for obtaining the highest quality in the production of its wines.
The Nuestra Señora del Socorro Cooperative, using the local Zalema variety, has created a balanced, round, white wine year by year, capable of suiting the taste of a wide range of consumers.
