In Quesada (Jaen) and in the nature park Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, Sierra de Quesada restaurant is part of the facilities of the Hotel with the same name. Its speciality is traditional home cooking.

Cuisine based on hearty products from the mountain. The most unusual dish is talarines, a close relative of the Manchegan gazpacho and the dumplings, consisting of a stew with meat, vegetables and mushrooms in which wafers come to pieces (hence the name of dumplings). They also prepare pipirrana, migas, porridge, ajoharina and gachurreno.
