Aceites Rotalaya

Aceites Rotalaya is located on the edge of the Jaen town of Quesada, the oil mill makes exhaustive checks of the origins of the olives and the quality of the oils obtained, conducting constant physical, chemical and sensory analyses to guarantee the quality of their oils.

At Aceites Rotalaya the varieties of olives pressed are Picual and Royal, the latter of which is native to the area and cannot found in any other part of the world.

La Rotalaya Oil Mill carefully treats the olives and extracts their juice cold so as not to alter its marvellous properties.
