Carmen
In Punta Umbría and within the Hotel Ayamontino, the Restaurante Carmen has large windows looking out on the Avenida de Andalucía and the terrace.
It specialises in local and international cuisine and seafood: white prawns from Huelva, Punta Umbría cockles, Jabugo cured ham, meats from the Sierra de Aracena mountains, fish and seafood from the coast. All accompanied, of course, by an abundant variety of red, white, and sparkling wines and drinks.
There is also a set menu comprising home-made dishes and stews: beans with cuttlefish, rice with seafood, “pescaito” (typical fried fish), loin of pork in hunter's sauce, home-made meatballs, Andalusian gazpacho, etc.
