Users' personal data are not collected through this portal without their consent.
The personal data that you provide upon registering on the website, as well as those that you provide as a result of using the portal will be treated confidentially with the unique and specific purpose of each time they are processed. Such data shall be incorporated into the corresponding processing activities of Empresa Pública para la Gestión del Turismo y del Deporte en Andalucía in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data (General Regulation for the protection of data) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
The text fields identified as compulsory in the form to register as a user must be completed by the parties concerned. Failure to complete any of them could prevent you being processed as a registered user.

Empresa Pública para la Gestión del Turismo y del Deporte en Andalucía shall only be held responsible for the damages that the registered user may suffer from using the website, when said damages were due to our malicious action.

Nullity of clauses
If any of the provisions contained in these terms of use is declared void, it will be removed or replaced. In any case, said declaration of nullity will not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions contained in these terms of use.
