125 g. flour (combination of wheat flour and chickpea flour)
125 g. prawn
125 g. onions
Salt, water, olive oil, and parsley
Preparation
Mix the flour with salt and water, stirring briskly until it is a paste or uniform liquid cream.Add the raw onion, finely diced, the prawn, raw and whole, the chopped parsley and the salt to this paste. Stir it gently until the paste is again uniform.Fry the fritters in hot olive oil, spooning in the paste. Take the fritters out of the oiland let them drain on absorbent napkins so they aren't greasy.The shrimp fritters should be served very hot.
