Agroibérica de Pozoblanco
Agroibérica de Pozoblanco is located in the province of Cordoba, in the town of Pozoblanco. This is a third generation, family-run business, founders of the Malcani ham curing facility and founder members of the Los Pedroches Designation of Origin.
In Agroibérica de Pozoblanco what they do, they do it well and in the traditional craft manner. All the salting and drying processes are carried out by hand, as in the olden days.
Their facilities are the longest established in the Valley of Los Pedroches, both the cellar and the drying room. They achieve optimum curing for hams, shoulders of ham and sausages, and a quality which is both constant and magnificent.
From Monday to Friday from 8 am. to 2 pm. and from 4 to 6:30 pm.
