Casa Rural Cortijo La Panadera

The Cortijo La Panadera Country House is a farmhouse from 1920 where we have done our best to respect the tradition without affecting the comfort required by a modern building. For decoration, we have used antiques, wrought iron, ceramics and local fabrics.

It is located within the Dehesa de los Pedroches, a 200-hectare farming estate where the livestock graze freely. Merino sheep and Retinta beef as well as Iberian pork which produces hams marketed under the Los Pedroches Designation of Origin. It is surrounded by numerous livestock trails, ideal for enjoying on foot, bicycle or horseback.

The Cortijo La Panadera Country House is 3 km from Pedroche and 12 km from Pozoblanco, the administrative centre for the district and with facilities for golf, fishing, shooting and horse-riding.

The house stands around a central patio and has two floors. There are wooden ceiling beams, a bright and spacious dining room, a vaulted lounge and fireplaces. There is also a large patio, a country-style kitchen, barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a swimming pool and a garden.
