Pensión La Choza de Trasmulas

The Pensión La Choza de Trasmulas Guest House is an organic rural hostel and ongoing learning centre. It is located in the heart of the Granada valley, in the Trasmulas neighbourhood, in Pinos Puente.

The La Choza de Trasmulas is a bio-construction made of wood, clay, straw and slaked lime, which gives the whole interior space a pleasant atmosphere, warm in winter and cool in summer, for maximum comfort and well-being.

La Choza de Trasmulas came from the idea of informal education promoting sustainable rural development, civic participation and the integration of underprivileged groups into the social and work environment. This includes international exchange as a tool for local development, with support for social movements and initiatives.

It has a multi-purpose room with table tennis, a punch bag, a selection of games, music system, snack area with sink and access to both the exterior and the interior of the building.

La Choza de Trasmulas serves balanced and delicious cuisine, prepared with excellent, fresh ingredients from our own garden.
