Los Pinillos
Right at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, in Pinos Genil, the Restaurante Los Pinillos has an idyllic location next to the Genil River and just a few minutes from the city of Granada.
Opened in 1957 by Serafín Álvarez and Rosario Rojas, the parents of the current owners, it was originally a small, riverside snack bar. It is a simple construction, typical of the area, with interior decoration in a modern Andalusian style, and it is now well-known as one of the best restaurants in the province.
The cuisine at Los Pinillos is modest yet both creative and traditional, with dishes originating from of all over the country, without forgetting dishes suggested by seasonal, market and local produce. Good wine cellar.
