Cortijo El Mohedano Country House

The Cortijo El Mohedano is a haven of peace in the heart of the Los Pedroches pastures. The ideal way to enjoy the countryside on an 80-hectare estate, surrounded by nature in an incomparable setting. The farmhouse is over 250 years old and occupies about 700 m2, it is a typical example of rural architecture in the Los Pedroches region.

A characteristic feature of the farmhouses in this region is the large fireplace, the centre of life at home and where cold meats are cured. There are three living rooms, two with fully-equipped, built-in kitchens.

Antique wrought-iron beds, beamed ceilings with lime, wood or vaulted, 80cm-thick walls. The Cortijo El Mohedano has four twin bedrooms and a loft with five beds. There is also an apartment for four people, with a bathroom, a kitchenette in the living room and a large library.
