Pandorafish with grapes

Ingredientes
- 2.5 kg. pandorafish in two or three pieces
- 250 g. onions
- 1 kg. potatoes
- 3/4 kg. white grapes
- Half garlic head
- 1/2 l fruity white wine
- 1 lemon
- 1 bay leaf
- Pepper, oregano and salt
- Virgin olive oil
Preparation
After de-scaling the fish, place it in an oven-safe dish with a little olive oil. Cut the potatoes into slices and place them in the dish, covering the gaps. Place the onion and tomato on top, also cut into thick slices.Chop the garlic and add it to the dish with a little white wine and enough water to cover it all, along with the oil, salt and spices. Add the lemon slices and put the dish in the oven.
When it is half done, add the grapes and let it continue baking until it is juicy.
