Palmones is a small beach in the district of Palmones, in the village of Los Barrios in the Campo de Gibraltar.

It is about 750 metres long by 30 metres wide. The average occupation is high. Urban beach with no promenade mainly comprising golden sand. The sea is usually calm and windy.

Palmones is a beach close to Algeciras surrounded by an industrial area which makes it less attractive. A promenade runs horizontal to the beach, along the mouth of the river.
