Bodega Pagos de Indalia

The Bodega Pagos de Indalia project began in Padules (Almería), in 2009, with a dream of making great wines in an area which is both remote and surprising. The most elegant varieties, those which are most difficult to grow and adapting them to the climate, the soil and the high altitudes of this region in Spain, led to a search for wines with their own personality, fully integrated in the stunning natural environment, controlled by the Tierra Ribera del Andarax Wines Protected Geographical Indication and certified with the seal of the Andalusian Commission for Organic Farming.

The vineyards are distributed between the alkaline soils of the area surrounding the Andarax River and amazing slate soils of the Sierra Nevada and the Sierra de Gádor mountains, in a landscape of vast canyons, gorges and gradients which can often only be worked by resorting to mules in the steepest places.
