Centro Cloc - Clúster de la Construcción Sostenible de Andalucía

The Cloc Centre - Cluster of Sustainable Construction of Padul is situated in the high part of the municipality. This smart centre is very sustainable as it was built using the most innovative architectural techniques, making the most of the building's energy resources, its strategic location and different kinds of natural energy like photovoltaic, wind, geothermal, etc.

The building has 2,500 square metres of useful space and 1,300 square metres that can be built on. It also has classrooms, laboratories and fully-equipped modules for companies and training courses, and a coworking space.
