Queso Los Teatinos
Situated in Padul, Queso Los Teatinos, named after the meadows where the goats graze in summer, make the best farmhouse cheese. Their cheese, made from pasteurised goats' milk, has won several awards thanks to its quality and because they use traditional local recipes to make white cheese with a smooth taste.
The cylinders of cheese that are sold weigh 500 g, 750 g, 1 kg and 2 kg. They sell cured, semi-cured and cured in oil. The semicured variety is coated in ground cinnamon and is absolutely delicious.
The goats are milked daily so this guarantees quality and special organoleptic properties.
