Cervezas Mammooth

Cervezas Mammooth, located in the town of Padul, is committed to quality in the production of its beers, for which it uses top-quality malt from Bavaria, the best fresh, aromatic hops in bloom, yeast, and incomparable spring water, rising up from a depth of 200m and originating from the peaks of Sierra Nevada.

In Cervezas Mammooth all beers undergo secondary fermentation. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks over a period of 8 days. After bottling it is kept for 1 month in the bottle, this allows the carbon gas to generate naturally, directly in the bottle.

The bottles fully respect tradition and guarantee high levels of quality, while creating the real natural flavour of the product.
