Villa del Mamut Country House Lodge

Villa del Mamut is located in Padul, in the province of Granada, belonging to the region of the Lecrín Valley.

The house is 16 km from Granada, in the Valle del Puntal estate (winner of the Andalusia award for the best urban design when it was built),  1 km from the centre and bordering Sierra Nevada National Park. If offers splendid views and many hiking and mountain bike routes, and is very close to the various Mammoth routes in the Padul Lake, the most important wetland in Granada.

Villa del Mamut is surrounded by vegetation. It boasts a large private pool with sun loungers and beautiful gardens with sculptures, a large pergola where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, also equipped with a barbecue, an area with a basin and a fridge to keep everything handy, as well as a chill-out area. A well-kept environment to relax and enjoy the pool, where all the family can be together so you can keep an eye on the children at all times.

The house is designed so that there are two separate places to stay in one large house.

- A more elegant home with high-quality handcrafted furniture with a kitchen equipped with all kinds of electrical appliances, a large living room with air conditioning and a TV. It features 6 bedrooms: 4 of them with double beds and the other 2 with 4 single beds, as well as 2 very spacious bathrooms, both with a shower and one of them with a bathtub.

- The other house is rustic and has a large cellar equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, TV, bar, a large table for large gatherings and sofas, as well as a bathroom with a shower. It has a separate entrance and easy access to the pool in summer if you want a quick dip. The cellar is included in the winter season. In summer, it can be hired as an extra for €60 per day. The entire house is rented out (not by several different parties).

In the garage there is a large gym so you can work out while you're staying here, and there is also a table tennis table in the garden.

The house is close to all the main attractions in Granada: 1 km from the Padul junction on the motorway, 5 minutes from Padul and its lake; 15 minutes from the Lecrín Valley; 20 minutes from the centre of Granada; 35 minutes from the Costa Tropical; 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada: 50 minutes from the Alpujarras and 60 minutes from Guadix.
