Francisco Miguel Serrano Cantero was born in Córdoba in 1964He won the guitarist Cordoba National Prizetwice, first in the accompanying category (Manolo de Huelva) and then as a soloist (Ramón Montoya)

He won both prizes in 1992, but before that he also won the Las Minas prize He is most famous, however, for his contributions in teaching - he recorded a flamenco guitar video which has been distributed internationally
