The Collegiate Church of Osuna is located in a Renaissance building in the municipal district of Osuna, in Seville, which replaced the old medieval parish church, and houses one of the most interesting collections of Baroque paintings. The Distinguished Collegiate Church is built of masonry, the most notable of the three doorways being the so-called "Puerta del Sol", decorated with grotesque figures and medallions.

The interior exhibits a carving by Juan de Mesa, valuable 16th century Flemish panels, interesting pieces of jewellery and a magnificent collection of paintings by José de Ribera (El Españoleto)

The Museum of Religious Art is composed of three exhibition areas: the church itself, the museum of religious art in the sacristy and the Chapel of the Holy Sepulchre.
