Cortijo El Civil Country House

Cortijo El Civil is a typical building of the Almería mountains, located in the heart of Sierra de las Estancias, at an altitude of 1,150 metres, next to Sierra de María-Los Vélez Nature Reserve. It is 45 minutes from the beaches of Mojácar, Garrucha, Vera, Terreros and Águilas.

It is set in a farm included in a private hunting reserve surrounded by hills, pine and oak forests, an almond plantation and cereal terraces. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the countryside.

The farmhouse has spacious rooms and lounges, with a total surface area of 775 m2. The ground floor features a living-dining room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, double bedroom and triple bedroom, both with 90 cm beds. The upper floor features a living room with a fireplace, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 150 cm double beds. TV in both rooms.

The house has a garage for 2 cars and a patio-barbecue.
