Olivares
Location which is situated between the towns of Pinos Puente and Colomera, straddling the Sierra del Marqués and Moclín.
It has more than a thousand inhabitants, making it one of the largest villages of the township.
It is a quiet village where you can hear the sound of water of Velilla river, which runs through the village on its descent from the mountains nearby.
There are several scattered areas of great beauty, like the river lit.
History
Its origins date back to the nearest sixteenth century when villagers went to Mass at the shrine of Las Angustiras.
Its existence as a human settlement, however, begins in prehistory, sharing its history with the other towns in the area.
