Game dishes are the speciality of the house: pickled partridge, rabbit, venison, pheasant, “hunter-style” quail and, during the hunting season, mountain goat meat.
We also recommend typical Spanish dishes such as roast kid, lamb and “Segovia style” suckling pig, as well as many international dishes.
