The Cortijo Hierbaluisa Country House is a farmhouse restored according to the regional characteristics, with clay floors, wood-beamed ceilings, all built with natural materials. It counts with two cisterns to collect rainwater, a wood-burning oven and the pigpen that was used to house animals.
