Bodegas San Pablo

Bodegas San Pablo is located in the heart of the Montilla-Moriles Wine Route, and it can boast of being one of the oldest wineries in Moriles. Founded by José Chacón Pineda at the beginning of the last century, his grandchildren are the current owners of this delicate heritage and guardians of the family tradition of producing excellent wines under the D.O. Montilla-Moriles.

During a tour of the facilities at Bodegas San Pablo you will discover the key factors to making a great wine, such as: the soil, climate, varieties of grapes and the traditional aging process using the system of soleras and 'nurseries' that give personality to its unique wines.
