El Chispazo

Situated at the entrance to the historic Montorosite, in Plaza del Charco, El Chispazo offers a range of quality meals adapted to all tastes. The cuisine is the result of experience accumulated over several generations, although it's led by a young entrepreneurial team, that contributes freshness and creativity, without abandoning the values of the diverse, valuable cuisine.

In-season produce which create excellent tapas: bull tail surprise, dear in sauce, homemade tripe, Iberian ham, spicy potatoes, etc. for sharing, try delicious varieties: bread sticks with Serrano ham and melted cheese, grilled loin with fried peppers, Iberian game with goat cheese, and its pans full of Serrano ham, eggs and potatoes, chorizo sausage, eggs and potatoes, mushrooms with eggs, potatoes and garlic-parsley sauce.

It has a cocktail and gin tonic-making service, breakfasts and afternoon snacks, beer, restaurant and chill-out.
