Taberna Bolero is in the Cordovan town of Montilla, an authentic Montilla tavern, and perhaps the oldest one standing.

Taberna Bolero opened in 1929 in one of the streets with the oldest tradition in the city. A place to worship natural wine, it has a dining room where you can sample the wide variety of tapas and a secluded bodega where its wines are served.

It also has a large artistic offering, from live flamenco shows to flamenco guitar and box classes; from wine tastings to exhibitions.

A place where time has stood still and it's impossible to be bored.

Winter: Tuesday to Sunday from 12:30 pm. to 2 am. Summer: Tuesday to Sunday from 12:30 to 5 pm. and from 8:30 to closing.
