The San Sebastián Church is the oldest church in Montilla, Córdoba, built in the mid-16th century after the Christian conquest of the city, on the site of a mosque and a former Visigothic church. It is located in the neighborhood of the cross.
Inside, certain ornamental notes stand out, such as the Romanesque elements of the embossed leaves of the corners of the base of the columns, which divide the small church into three naves.
The exterior has a triangular facade with bell tower made of limestone. Its internal structure consists of 3 ships with thick columns with straight headers following the Gothic-Mudejar model.
