Bodegas La Aurora
Bodegas La Aurora in Montilla and at the Ruta del Vino Montilla-Moriles wine route was founded in 1964 by a small group of winemakers captivated by its wines and with a great desire to surpass themselves, as a result of which, it was awarded the title “Exemplary Cooperative”.
Today, Bodegas La Aurora has more than 1,100 hectares of vineyards and one of the most modern production complexes in Spain. Its generous wines, which come under the Montilla-Moriles Protected Designation of Origin, — and especially their organic ones — make up a separate world in the universe of wine. Their Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez wines… are simply unique: the exclusive heritage of a setting that cannot be translated to any other region of Spain.
Bodegas La Aurora also produces oil. It offers tours with a miller's breakfast or glass of Fino or Pedro Ximénez, a tasting and a taster menu. It has a room with capacity for 100 people.
