The Hermitage of the Rose belongs to the 18th century. It is reconstructed by the great devotion acquired by the image of La Virgen de la Rosa, the work of Sevillian Pedro Duque Cornejo. In 1763 important modifications are carried out in the ornamental plane, the dimensions of the plan of a single ship and the walls of the primitive Gothic-Mudejar church of the XVI century are maintained.

Highlights include the Altarpiece of San Francisco Javier (1617), the work of Alonso Marías and the Altarpiece (17th century), the only example in Montilla de Rococo altarpiece.
