Bodegas Lagar Blanco

Built in Montilla in 1959 to be the first wine cooperative of the D.O., it was later acquired and refurbished by agronomist and winemaker Miguel Cruz Marqués, with the aim of giving excellence to the wines of Bodegas Lagar Blanco winery.

Located in a beautiful countryside setting 600 metres above sea level, Lagar Blanco are the winery facilities at the highest altitude of the entire Ruta del Vino Montilla-Moriles. It offers visitors the chance to learn all about wine production at facilities that combine tradition with the comfort and beauty afforded today's architectural and technological possibilities.

Bodegas Lagar Blanco winery offers the following activities: tour of the winery to see the production methods and sample their wines accompanied by an aperitif, guided wine tasting and winemaking courses, seminars on wine production, events, meetings, company meals, etc.
